Ending DADT

As most know, Tuesday marked the end of DADT.  One young man stationed in Germany decided to wait no longer and to come out over the phone to his father in Alabama and post it on YouTube.

It's quite the video...

One the one hand, I thought it was a bit odd that he'd expose such a personal moment for all to see on YouTube (over 2 million views so far) but on the other hand it's a wonderful display of love between a father and son as well as an example for others in similar situations.
