Grilled Peach Ginger Bourbon ice cream.
Picked up some nice peaches at the farmers market this AM. About to grab some bourbon. Ginger will be in hand mañana.
I can't find a recipe so I'll be winging it. I think it's got potential but we'll see. Stay tuned.
