Last Week's Flavor

I was so focused on the meat ice cream last week I forgot to post about the other ice cream my nephew and I churned up:

Balsamic Fig

A nano better than the Prosciutto Cantaloupe ice cream but it still missed the mark. One taster (ahem, the relation shall go unnamed) said it tastes like mayonnaise.

Not quite what I'd call a ringing endorsement.

You can't win 'em all.
