Both men were scheduled to make appearances at outdoor rallies yesterday in Pennsylvania until disaster struck. A low pressure system swept across Pennsylvania bringing with it heavy rain, cool temperatures and strong winds.
What to do?
One man canceled his rally due to the inclement weather.
The other man and his supporters persevered...
