Gotta Smoke?

I'm an anti-smoking zealot.

When I was dating one of my cardinal rules was "never date a smoker". I think it's one of the most vile and disgusting habits known to man and woman. It not only smells awful but I also think it calls into question a person's judgment given everything we now know about its harmful effects. It pains me when I see my friends smoke and yes, I have serious issues with Obama smoking given the signal it sends to youth.

The good folks in Omaha, Nebraska have seen the light...

Omaha, Nebraska has enacted the toughest smoking ban in the nation. Not only can you not smoke inside restaurants and bars, but you also can’t smoke in public places outside. If someone sees you smoking, they can call 911 and the cops will come get you.

Kentucky holds the #1 nationwide rank with 28.6% of the population smoking, it also ranks 50th in terms of the cost of a pack of cigarettes (see any relationship here?).
