Hmmm: Shakespearean Molecular Gastronomy

It's raining like crazy here, my sister is reading, my brother-in-law is sleeping, and my nieces are off doing their thing. To occupy my time I went back to one of my old standby's, Current.com, to check out a few highly interesting vids.

Here is one video about Grant Achatz, chef at Alinea, a molecular gastronomy focused restaurant in Chicago. Tragically, Grant was diagnosed with tongue cancer last year and almost lost his taste buds as a result.

BTW, the photo in the corner...the things hanging down they are slices of bacon.
