I'm pretty used to the raised highways in and around Tokyo but I've never seen anything like this before. It doesn't surprise me though because there are some things that you'll never see anywhere else in the world other than in Japan and this is one of those things. Oddly-flavored (soy sauce, watermelon-salt, yuzu, ect.) Kits Kats is another (green-tea is my personal favorite)
