Look Good Getting the Boot

Retailers are getting pretty creative these days in order to move inventory. Earlier I read that JetBlue that will give a full refund on a ticket if a person gets laid off prior to the flight.

Now comes this nugget from the NYT...

[T]he Jos. A. Bank menswear chain is running a “Risk Free Suit” promotion. Buy a suit now and if you’re fired by July 1, 2009, Bank will refund your money. You can keep the suit.

Call me a cynic but I'm sure there will be quite a few folks who try to game the system.
