For the pork lovers of the world (I know there are still some out there) this recipe for carnitas is fantastic.
Be careful when the pork is simmering, the orange juice and brandy (yes, brandy!) can cause the bottom of the pot to burn so make sure you stir it occasionally.
Serve it with soft tortillas, guacamole, salsa, curtido (Salvadoran coleslaw) and some queso fresca and feast on a meal far better than you can get in most Mexican restaurants.
