Berry Good

Fortunately, we have some wild blackberry vines (no relation to my phone) in our backyard that produce supersweet berries when fully ripe. Braving multiple thorn pricks and purple stained hands I went foraging in mother nature's market this afternoon and came out with a pretty good haul...

The end result, thanks to my wife, was even better...



Update: The tart with a little vanilla ice cream was delicious! The recipe, courtesy of the San Francisco Chronicle, can be found here but go easy on the sugar depending on how sweet your fruit is.
