Flip It Over

A couple weeks ago for the tequila tasting we had, I made an Upside-Down Pear Gingerbread cake. The photo doesn't do it justice. The cake was very easy to make and a perfect fall dessert.

Give it a shot but be extra careful when you melt the brown sugar into the butter. Follow the recipe closely and don't stir the butter and sugar together otherwise you'll burn the brown sugar which will be a disaster (trust me I know!).
