I never take for granted the care and love that goes into the preparation of a meal. My Mom used to bake a cake that's the best I've ever had. I know that cake (along with everything else she and my Dad fixed for me) tasted so good in part because of the love she put into it. Now I'm fortunate to have a wife who infuses everything she cooks with the same kind of care and love.
