Popovers

Christmas dinner this year was a seafood family affair with everyone pitching in a dish or two. My contributions were a slightly different take on clams casino that my niece loves, dinner rolls and popovers.

It was the first time I made popovers and without a doubt, it is one of the easiest and tastiest breads I've ever made.
