Don't Bring a Gun to a Snowball Fight

This is one of the most absurd things I've heard about in a looooong time. The DC Police Department is certainly not the best in the world but this is just crazy. Of course, individual officers can and will do stupid things but pulling a gun on a snow ball fight?
