While record-setting snow continues to fall in DC (I love it!), it's a good time to read up on the climate change accord reached in Copenhagen yesterday.

I may be missing something but if an agreement is "nonbinding" is it really an agreement? Sadly, the accord seems to be more about political face saving than real measures to address global warming.
