
In a week I whipped up three batches. First up was a batch of green tea ice cream for a New Years Eve dinner...delicious but a bit on the soft side. Next up was a satsuma tangerine sorbet and vanilla bean ice cream. Both came out with a good consistency and when combined...a homemade creamsicle.
I have a book with over 500 ice cream and sorbet recipes so I'll be at this for awhile.
