Blue Bottle Ice Cream

Thursday - Ginger ice cream with minced crystalized ginger.
Yesterday - Blue Bottle coffee ice cream with toasted almonds (step 1 in the photo above).
Today - Toasted coconut ice cream.

Who knows what tomorrow will bring.

Update: For all my friends in DC you might want to put a little of that snow to good use and try this recipe. (thx for the tip TLM)
