What a week.
We returned home to a brand new kitchen and a garden full of collard greens (and a few beets) that somehow managed to survive Snowmageddon, Snowpocalypse and whatever the December blizzard was called. They're growing like gangbusters and taste great.
The serious gardening begins next week though when we get moving on the spring planting.
