Mexican Chinese

We go to restaurants quite often, most of which are very good, but I usually don't write anything about restaurants because there's typically nothing unique about the food.

Until yesterday when we ate at a restaurant in a Phoenix strip mall named Chino Bandidos (thx for the rec AG!).

Think Mexican Chinese with a big dose of Jamaican thrown in and you'll have a good idea of what they serve. It sounds like a potentially crazy unappetizing mash-up but it works and it works well. If you're looking for fine dining this isn't the place but for a unique and delicious meal this is a muy 好 choice.
