Kenji Fujimoto (not his real name) was the personal chef to Kim Jong Il for more than five years before he fled North Korea and returned to Japan. He was considered a personal friend and often travelled back and forth to Japan to find the finest ingredients to prepare lavish meals for his boss. He has given a rare insight into one of the most mysterious men on the planet.
