The Libyan Loony, Mad Dog of the Mideast, Tyrant of Tripoli, or one of the 112 variations of his name, whatever you call him Gadhafi is stunningly delusional and clearly divorced from reality.
Strangely, last weekend while cleaning out our basement I came across a copy of Gadhafi's Green Book. I have no idea where or how I got it.
