Today's Flavor: Sweet Corn

To get the summer off to a sweet and creamy start over the next week or so I'll be churning out several different ice creams as requested by a few friends and family members.

For my wonderful friend Cherry, today's flavor is sweet corn which is popular in both Mexico and the Philippines...hopefully it'll be a hit tonight. I made it with straight-off-the-cob sweet white corn kernels, a healthy dash of Cointreau, a squeeze of lime juice, a big pinch of freshly grated cinnamon, and the usual egg and dairy suspects.
