Mangoes we purchased last weekend and hadn't yet eaten we getting ripe so out came the ice cream machine and in went the mangoes, sort of. Here's the recipe.
I dialed back the water and sugar by a third, decreased the lime juice a bit, and substituted the tequila with dark rum. Refreshing and quite tasty.
