Today's Flavor

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

There'll be no turkey on the dinner table this evening, we're having a seafood paella instead. There will also no pumpkin pie afterwards but we will have Pumpkin (technically it's kabocha) and Candied Pecan Ice Cream.

Based on last night's preview it's pretty good.

Here's the ice cream recipe and here's the recipe for the extraordinarily addictive candied pecans (add a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a touch of heat).
