Hmmm: ACORN, Much Ado About Nuttin'

I'm not sure how much play the ACORN "voter fraud" story is getting in the US news right now but I suspect it's quite a bit because here in Seoul CNN just ran a lengthy, misleading and very uninformative story on the so-called ACORN voter fraud.

First things first, this is not a case of voter fraud but of voter registration fraud which are two entirely different things. As they say, dead people can't vote.

Furthermore, if anyone is the victim it is ACORN because they were paying people for registrations and as such in the case of fraudulent registrations they paid for a bogus product.

Don't fall for this BS. It is standard Repuglican operating procedure and something they have been harping on for the last several years. At its core it is a wedge issue that is designed to sow seeds of doubt in the outcome of the election when Obama wins.
