Walkabout

I love to walk. For three and a half years that was my main mode of transportation and it was fantastic.

Some cities and neighborhoods are far better for a walker than others. Fortunately, a website called Walkscore is up and running (or should I say walking) that can tell you how "walk friendly" a location is.

During those 3.5 years I lived in a flat that has a walkscore of 86 (out of 100) which made things pretty easy to walk to. Now I live in one neighborhood with a walkscore of 77 (not bad) and another with a walkscore of 57 (that sucks!).
