I promised a friend of mine that I'd occasionally post about recipes we've tried that turned out well, so here goes.
Last night I tried my hand at a different pizza dough and of all the doughs I've made over the past couple of years I think this one came out the best so far and it's pretty simple too.

For toppings let your imagination roam. We used various combinations of sauteed mushrooms, onion and zucchini, mozzarella, goat cheese, fresh basil and tomatoes, and salami.
