Ribs, Ribs, Ribs

Last night appearing for the first time on zee grill, Cambodian style ginger and honey baby back ribs. Our first foray into cooking ribs...she did the marinating, I did the grilling.

Wow, what a recipe!

Highly recommended for a warm summertime BBQ. Follow the instructions to a tee and maybe (depending on your heat) keep them on the grill a bit longer than the recipe calls for (don't worry about the caramelization/burnt look it's delicious) and you'll have a party in your mouth thanks to these juicy and incredibly flavorful ribs.
