Chocolate

Obtaining simple, high-quality, and sustainable ingredients, handcrafting these ingredients into delicious creations, and then personally packaging the final product.

Inspiring.

This is the level of craft I aspire to when making bread, pasta, and ice cream.

P.S. The next batch of ice cream wasn't Salted Butter Caramel as I thought but instead we churned out a delicious batch of Scharffenberger dark chocolate ice cream (once again thanks to an amazing recipe from David Lebovitz) for dinner this past Saturday.
