The Latest Flavor


Fig ice cream with parmesan crisps.

As far as ice cream recipes go, this one was odd. No eggs, no milk, just one cup of cream, some sugar, a touch of water, a little lemon, and a bunch of figs.

Folks seemed to like it and the color, a suprisingly deep purple, is beautiful but it's not going to crack into my top 10 list.

P.S. No crunchy wasps made their way into the ice cream, at least that I know of.
