This Week's Flavors

The ice cream machine has been getting a workout this week. Up on deck are:

• Cinnamon
• Chestnut
• Pistachio
• Pumpkin (a repeat and kabocha to be precise)

I was toying with the idea of cheddar cheese ice cream to go with an apple pie but I regained my sanity and realized that Thanksgiving isn't a time for crazy experiments.
