At the Movies

If you've seen Gravity (it's entertaining and a likely candidate for Best Special Effects but definitely not Best Picture) take a look at this related short.

From Wired…

On a recent flight I watch After Earth.  It's a typical Hollywood action flick, predictable and good for a flight but don't waste your time seeing it in the theater.  However, there was one quote from Will Smith's character in the movie that stuck with me:
“Fear is not real. It is a product of thoughts you create.
Do not misunderstand me. Danger is very real.
But fear is a choice.”

Makes sense and the quote would make just as much sense if "fear" was replaced by anxiety, nervousness, or stress. They're all a choice.

Update: Add anger to that list as well.
